Yoga in Schools

Our Yoga in Schools program is custom tailored to your students needs. We can arrange a one-time visit, a curriculum alongside your phys.ed class, or an after-school yoga program. Our instructor Janine has completed the YogaKids Tools For Schools Intensive and ABCs of YogaKids trainings that are focussed on how to deliver kids' yoga effectively within a school-based environment.

We are also able to provide staff training of how to integrate yoga into your classroom or daycare setting. 2 hour to full-day trainings are available.

One-Time Visit

We can visit your school assembly or special event for 30 to 60 minutes and share yoga adventures to your students, leaving them feeling relaxed and focussed afterwards.

Yoga in Physical Education Class

We will teach a 45 minute yoga class to your students from preschool to high school a fun yoga practice suitable to their age-group.

After-School Yoga Program

Our 45 to 90 minute program can run from 6 to 10 weeks in your school gym location. After the yoga class, the parents come to pick the children up from the school. Our yoga program gets rid of extra energy, leaving children feeling ready for a relaxing evening.
