Who: Our family yoga is structured that all members of your family are invited to class!
Family yoga, for children ages 3-9 and their parents, offers a relaxing way for your members of your family to have fun together practicing yoga. All siblings are welcome: if they are older than 9, they can take on a leadership role in class.
An introduction to breath, focus, asana, and relaxation are discovered as we play with yoga in creative ways. We might explore the jungle together, or create our own cities. Classes may include reading stories, making up stories, partner yoga, and always relaxation.
