Our prenatal and postnatal yoga programs will inspire women to trust their bodies, strengthen their minds, and open their heart to the life-changing process of birth.
The following are some of the benefits that our prenatal yoga classes provide:

This course will focuses on how yoga can be used as a powerful tool to prepare the body for birth and afterwards. Practices will include asana, guided relaxation, and breath awareness. The emphasis will be on practicing in a safe and nurturing environment. We recommend that you consult your midwife or your doctor before beginning our prenatal yoga classes. You do not need to have practiced yoga to join us in prenatal yoga classes.
