Please read our policies carefully for yoga classes & workshops and products from our Eco Store.

Refund Policy for Yoga Classes & Workshops
Prepayment in full is required to register for our classes and workshops to secure your space. Please check your schedule before enrolling in a class. When you reserve your space, and then withdraw from the class a week beforehand, it means that another student may be prevented from taking the class at such a late notice.

If you are to cancel your attendance in a class in which you are enrolled, we require 14 days notice before the class begins for a refund, minus a 25% administrative fee. From 8 to 13 days prior to your class, a 50% administration fee will apply. For cancellations within 7 days or less of the class, there will be no refund.

Missed Classes
We regret that we are unable to refund or give credit for any missed classes within a pre-registered class or workshop.

Returned Cheque
$20 returned cheque fee

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates cannot be returned or surrendered for cash or transferred between persons.

Eco Store Returns
Unless the product is defective, products purchased from our Eco Store cannot be returned or exchanged.

Privacy
When you provide personal information to us, Blue Skies Yoga will not communicate and/or disclose it to third parties for any purpose.

Class or Workshop Cancellation
If Blue Skies Yoga cancels a class or workshop, full refund or credit will be given within 2 business days.

Weather and Emergency Cancellation
If we must cancel a class due to weather, we will contact all students by phone and/or email as soon as possible. A make-up date will be added to your session.

Holiday Closures
Blue Skies Yoga classes will not be running on the following statutory holidays:

Family Day - third Monday of February
Good Friday - March 21
Victoria Day - May 19
Canada Day - July 1
Civic Holiday - first Monday of August
Labour Day - September 1
Thanksgiving Day - October 13
Winter Holidays – no classes December 24-January 2
