Perineal Oil - 120ml

Perineal oil is for daily massage of the perineum. Using this gentle oil will help to keep it supple and elastic, reducing the potential for perineal tears. Get to know this 'hidden' part of your body at around 32 weeks, as it needs to be in good condition for the delivery of your baby. Our Perineal Oil is handmade locally in Waterloo by a mom and Aromatherapist!

We strongly recommend daily perineal massage during the last 6-8 weeks of pregnancy. Perineal oil can also be applied post-natally to aid in healing.
