Spring has begun!

I am so excited to share with you all that the Blue Skies Yoga family is growing! I am getting married in April to my life partner and husband-to-be Cheong Ng. We are expanding our yoga classes in order to accommodate the growing requests for more classes and having different types of yoga and yoga instruction for you to try. We could not think of a better yoga teacher to offer our high quality yoga classes than Cheong.

Why? Cheong comes to Blue Skies Yoga with a background in teaching classical hatha yoga and has been practicing yoga for 8 years. Cheong will be teaching many of our adult yoga classes including Just Your Size yoga and Beginner Hatha yoga. To read more about Cheong, visit our updated website.

If you are looking for something to do Easter weekend, on Saturday April 7th, bring the family to yoga – bring your out of town family! From 2:30-3:30pm we will be hopping like bunnies and chirping like chicks. Ages 3 and up, $25 per family. Click here to find out more!
