Fall A: Just Your Size Yoga - Monday 5:45pm - Kitchener & Waterloo

Feel your breath, strengthen your body, & quiet your mind.

When: Mondays Sept. 8 - Oct. 27, 5:45-7:15pm
Where: Yoga & Healing Arts Centre, 420 Weber St. N. Suite 207, Waterloo

Yoga is for everyone. This class is geared to the larger sized student. The class can benefit both those who are new to yoga or as a refresher for students looking to deepen their practice. This class will focus on gentle stretching and strengthening for the larger sized client. Through yoga, you will gain strength, body awareness, increased flexibility, and tools for relaxation.
